Osteria Toscana in Cologne

Very tasty pizza! In my opinion the best in the Lindenthal area! The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Pizzas can be picked up during the corona pandemic, hygiene regulations are adhered to in an exemplary manner!

The food was delicious and the service only got nice at the end

We have never been treated so badly. Dealing with customers was catastrophic and disrespectful at the same time. All the talk was unprofessional and childish. Furthermore, no debit or credit payment was possible. We wanted to have a nice evening and usually spend in the three-digit range per visit. But this evening the team absolutely screwed up. We'll never come back. A few streets away there is a much better restaurant (FARO) and an incredibly great, nice family business! We felt very comfortable there. Pizza and pasta were very good.

"Young lady, make room, I have to serve customers", - finally I was addressed, after the first 10 minutes they ignored me. There were probably no tables, although the shop was half empty. Regular customers are handled differently, I observed during my countless waits: the condition lasted for a while. I felt uncomfortable. It's a shame because the chef does a very good job. Pizza, drink and dessert for 1 person cost € 40. I will probably go there again, then wish me dignified company.

A recommendation has led us to this restaurant. Great wood oven pizza. Everything was very tasty and price performance was right. Open kitchen creates trust and what matters is you do not smell like food. The exhaust air system in the kitchen works great. Gladly again.

We eat here several times a week

Today I was with my family in Osteria Toscana, again I am very satisfied with the service and the food. For starters we had the beef carpaccio and vitello tonnato, both were excellent as was the bread with the olive paste was very tasty. What I should perhaps say before I get to the main course, for the weekend you should definitely reserve in advance that from 12: 30-14: 00 the number of visitors is the highest and the conditions have a lot to do. As a main course we had 3x the tortellini pana and once the seafood spaghetti all three dishes were excellent, the only criticism of the spaghetti pana was the amount of sending where the kitchen had overdone everything else very well. The prices were all justified only the carpaccio and the vitello tonnato were a bit expensive. All in all, a big compliment to Osteria Toscana. Thank you for reading. Julian
